Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee. For missed appointments a No Show fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee applies. Waiving of the cancellation/ No Show fee is at the discretion of The Neuro Naturopath. Payment of the cancellation fee may be made over the phone or at the beginning of the next appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for the full service fee.
